Custom machining:

We are able to custom fabricate tools, jigs, dies, forms, and non-aircraft parts per customer specifications.

We are able to custom fabricate parts for a variety of professions outside of aviation such as optometry and radio broadcasting.

Aircraft related machining: 

We make many of the Pratt & Whitney PT6A engine tools.

We have designed and manufacture a specialized tail rotor driveshaft run-out tool for the Robinson R44.

We manufacture a JAARS designed  brake tool to assist installing the Cleveland brake anvils on the Quest Kodiak K-100.  This tool makes a significant difference during installation!

We can also assist you with technical drawings using CAD which includes some 3D modeling capabilities.
